We now have a MasterBuilt smoker available for use. We have been using it to prepare amazing smoked salmon that we get from the the Seafood store less than a mile away. I dismantled it and sprayed all the electrical connections to increase corrosion resistance. I use the same smoker at our house to slow cook beef tenderloin, Prime rib, and rack of lamb. This unit has an external smoke generator so the temperature inside the smoker is very easy to control.
