Constantly upgrading and fixing. Living right on the water takes a toll. There is also a lot of use by our guests, but we have not had any issues other than usual wear and tear. This time I repaired the ancient Sears Craftsmen garage door opener that has been there as long as I can remember. The plastic gear shredded, but is pretty easy to replace and only costs about $5. Unlike many electronics available now, these older items were built to last and can be repaired!
